DEPLOYMENT

Network deployment services are available to customers from complete to partial network deployment activities, ITEL offers a complete array of services. ITEL’s deployment services include turnkey deployment, fully outsourced deployment, deployment consulting, program and vendor management, network design, site acquisition and planning, site design and construction, installation and commissioning, and logistics management.

 Integrated Approach

Network rollouts involve many disciplines, from RF and fixed engineering to site acquisition, design, planning and construction. With the involvement of different disciplines its difficult to achieve the goal. Lack of coordination and management can lead to confusion and contradictions. For example, conflicts frequently arise between the requirements of RF design and site acquisition. Complexity increases when each discipline uses independent resources and has different work styles.

ITEL has developed an integrated approach to network deployment that has proven to be very effective. Multidisciplinary, integrated teams work together at the implementation level, minimizing interfaces between disciplines and improving communication.

Network Engineering & Deployment

ITEL leverages effective team co-ordination and program management, multi-vendor equipment procurement, roll-out, local expertise and project accountability to deploy advanced networks. ITEL’s broad expertise can power a network, delivering telecom networks that push best practices to new levels.

Telecom networks require deep insight into all aspects of network planning, design, deployment, and optimization.ITEL offers its expertise to put forward best solutions to ouXr customers for their specific needs and offer the most desirable products that match their needs. We provide a wide variety of staff augmentation and turnkey services to a broad array of customers including the carrier, wireless, transmission, voice, data network, OEM and IT.

We enable Network Equipment Manufacturers and Network Operators to deliver a complete suite of deployment activities such as installation, commissioning, integration, de-installation and 24/7 ongoing support on an end-to-end turnkey ownership model. We also offer network de-installation/de-commissioning solutions using multi-vendor trained engineering staff for minimal interruption to existing traffic on the network.

ITEL’s deployment team consists people with specialist skills within the Team. All of our deployment activities follow best in class procedures and processes. Our engineers undertake all tasks under strict adherence to Health and Safety standards and regular audits ensure consistent quality standards are maintained.

Installation and Commissioning

ITEL responds to the network operator’s need for quality, flexibility, and rapid response time in equipment installation, testing, and commissioning.

With a wide array of experience by leading equipment vendors, ITEL provides a broad service offering for most cellular, microwave, and terrestrial telecom network installations.

We have experienced technical field installation and commissioning (I&C) engineer on board to provide state of the art deployment services such as installation, commissioning, integration and provide end-to-end solutions.

We provide I&C services across a range of technologies from traditional SDH optical transmission to present day technologies such as 100G DWDM, IP edge routing and multi-service access platforms. Our technology expertise spans OEM equipment across Wireless,  Access, Core, Packet and Transmission in a telecom network.

ITEL has trained and staff together with the project management competence to drive large, complex network rollouts.

Equipment Installation

Equipment Installation starts after the site construction works are completed. Antenna installation, feeder cables, cabinets and BTS equipments are installed and related cable/feeder connections are done according to the Radio Site Engineering report.

Equipment Commissioning

After installation is finished, the equipment is powered up and tested in a standalone environment including cable connections. Also the lasted software and settings are loaded into the equipment configuration.

Equipment Integration

When the equipment is commissioned, the network element needs to be connected to the network and integrated to become a functional part of this network.

Decommissioning

When network equipment’s lifecycle has come to an end, ITEL can decommission all or part of the network system during or after an upgrade or replacement. Our team can handle necessary lease negotiations and closures, construction management, A&E services, warehousing, and hazmat removal and cleanup.

Decommissioning Spare Parts

Support environmental policies and release the inherent value of redundant network hardware with ITEL’s decommissioning and recycling services.

Network decommissioning is an inevitable requirement as technology develops and businesses look to reduce operating costs, improve customer experience, eliminate redundant networks or move traffic to a more efficient network.

ITEL’s network decommissioning and value recovery services enable customers to cost effectively remove legacy equipment by responsibly recycling equipment and capitalizing on the inherent value of the component parts.

We minimize the costs of network removal when installing new network infrastructure as our engineers are already in place and aware of your business requirements.

The safeguarding of data is of paramount importance and our secure destruction methods ensure that data is safeguarded and destroyed.

Our decommissioning, disposal and recycling services are compliant with UK and EU legislation and support Environmental Management Systems and Information Technology Security Techniques.
